Mixed Grill
1 package Country French Cassoulet 5 to 7 cups of water 1 to 2 pounds loin or roast, cut into pieces 6 pork chops 1 pound link sausage (Kielbasa, Polish, Smoked, etc.) 1 cup bread crumbs 1/2 to 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Prepare the mix according to directions, on top of the stove or in a slow cooker, using the 1 pound of pork. (This part can be done 2 to 3 days in advance.)

In a skillet, on the grill or under the broiler, cook your pork chops and sausage cut into 2-inch pieces.

Place cooked meats into a 9 x 13 inch dish.

Pour the cooked Country French mixture over the meat. (You can hold the Casserole refrigerated at this point for 24 hours.)

When you are ready to serve, sprinkle Cassoulet with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
Traditional French Cassoulet - A Bonus Meal
4 to 5 cups of prepared Country French Cassoulet Bread Crumbs Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Place prepared Country French Cassoulet in buttered baking dish.
- Cover bean mixture with Parmesan, then bread crumbs and more Parmesan.
- Sprinkle dish sparingly with a teaspoon or so of olive oil if you want the crust to be a little crisper
- Note: This dish can be refrigerated for up to 2 days or frozen before baking.
- When ready to serve: Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until lightly browned.
