Gumbo freezes perfectly! Simply divide the prepared Gumbo into freezable containers to fit YOUR family's portion size. You will be cooking once and enjoying a quick and simple meal or two later, from your own freezer.

At The Crown, our signature combination is Chicken and Sausage Gumbo - served every day and it's a real favorite with our guests!

This is what a happy cook said about our Gumbo: "I purchased your Gumbo mix. The flavor and seasonings were just right. I added chicken, shrimp and smoked sausage. My family could not believe it was a boxed product! Plus the ingredients were all natural and low sodium, low sugar, and low carbs. Best healthy recipe for Gumbo I have ever made and it tasted so good. Hats off to you guys. By the way, I am not from the South, but I know a lot about making good Gumbo and yours is 'Good Eating' as my husband says. He simply loved the flavor!"
