Simply Spinach Dip Mix     #528  -  $7.95  for 2 mixes

Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
You will need:

    1 pkg. Simply Spinach Dip
    1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 cup sour cream

  • Combine all ingredients.  Pour in shallow, buttered baking dish (9x9 or 8.5x11)
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minut

    Simply Spinach Quiche
    You will need:

      1 pkg. Simply Spinach Dip mix
      1 1/2 cups cream
      3 eggs
      4 oz. swiss or cheddar cheese, grated
      1 pie crust, lightly baked
      1 Tablespoon butter       

  • In a bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients
  • Sprinkle cheese into crust, then pour in filling mixture.
  • Dot with butter.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until set.
  • Serve warm with a green salad.
