Cranberry Drop Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put butter and eggs in mixing bowl. Add Biscotti mix and blend thoroughly!
- Drop teaspoons of dough onto the cookie sheet and bake for about 15 minutes.
Biscotti Variations:
- Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sliced amonds (chopped pecans or walnuts) to the dough before forming it into logs for baking.
- Dip one end of the baked Biscotti into melted white chocolate or dark chocolate. Let the Biscotti dry for 30 minutes.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled, baked Biscotti by dipping into the chocolate with a fork the with a tossing motion, you'll create "strings" of chocolate decorating the Biscotti.
