RazzMaTazz Layered Torta - Served at May Art After Hours!
8 oz cream cheese
3 Tbsp. RazzMaTazz
Layer mixture in a plastic lined bowl with sliced pepperoni or cooked smoked sausage, green onions, grated cheese, and teaspoons of RazzMaTazz. Refrigerate. Reverse onto serving plate, garnish top with more Razz and finely chopped sausage! Serve with crackers.
1 piece of cheese (Cheddar, Brie, Swiss, Monterey Jack, etc)
2 tablespoons (or more) RazzMaTazz Sauce
Pastry to wrap the cheese in (puff pastry, refrigerated pie crust, crescent rolls)
Place cheese in the center of the pastry.
Cover top of the cheese with RazzMaTazz Sauce. Amount depends on the size of your piece of cheese.
Wrap pastry around the cheese, sealing the edges with a little milk.
Bake until browned - at 350 degrees - about 15 minutes.
