
Chess Pie Mix

1 box Grand Old Chess Pie Mix
2 eggs
1 stick of butter or margarine (4 oz)
1/4 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup pecans (whole or chopped)
1 pie crust unbaked
Follow the directions on the box of Chess Pie Mix. Instead of the milk, add the sour cream. Add the pecans and raisins and stir. Fill the unbaked pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. The pie will be soft and can be eaten immediately. Or it will keep nicely for several days (if you can keep people out of it!)
