Catfish with Capers

Pinwheels with Catfish and Capers

You will need:

1 pound of Catfish with Capers
1 package flour tortillas

Thaw the Catfish with Capers in the refrigerator overnight. Spread the flour tortilla with a layer of Catfish with Capers going right to the edge of the tortilla. Roll the tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for up to 2 days, then cut in bite size pin wheels to serve. You can put them on toothpicks or pile onto a tray. So easy and delicious!
