Fine bread crumbs

Wash the pieces of chicken and pat dry.  Brush each piece generously with the Honey Mustard. Sprinkle Sassy Seasoning over the chicken. Roll each piece in the fine bread crumbs and place in a well buttered (or sprayed) shallow baking dish.  Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 40 to 45 minutes. (The chicken can hold in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight before the final baking.) Young people just love this dish!

Pickled Shrimp Regina

You will need:

    5 pounds shrimp
    1 packet crab boil
    1 1/3 cups vegetable oil
    1 cup white vinegar
    1 cup Green Chili Salsa
    2 tbsp. Honey Mustard
2 tbsp. Tabasco or hot sauce
    1 tbsp. Paprika
    2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    3 tbsp. Capers
    2 tbsp. Garlic powder
    1 tsp. Celery seed
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Black pepper

Bring a large pot of water to a hard boil with the Crab Boil. Add the shrimp and let the water come back to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Do not overcook! Take the pan off the heat and let the shrimp cool in the seasoned water. Peel the shrimp.

Mix all of the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir until thoroughly blended. Set aside until the shrimp is cooked. (The Marinade will flavor up to 5 pounds of shrimp, if you cook less shrimp do not cut down on the Marinade.) Cover the cooked peeled shrimp with the marinade and refrigerate for up to a week. Stir or turn the shrimp in the marinade at least daily to get the very best flavor!

Serve Pickled Shrimp Regina cold in a glass bowl for the perfect party food! Serve any leftover shrimp on a bed of tossed salad garnished with quartered ripe tomatoes for a great luncheon dish on a hot summer day.

Husbands are great support and inspiration for our Consultants.  Cynthia Fields, TN, sent us her husbands recipe for grilled burgers!  We’ve seen lots of Honey Mustard heading up to Tennessee!  When you get the neighbors talking (smelling and tasting) our products – isn’t that the best advertising - “word of mouth.”
