Praline Pie Mix

Louisiana Caramel Tart

You will need:

    1 box Praline Pie Mix
    1 pie crust
    2 eggs
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 cup of chocolate chips
    1/2 tub Caramel Icing
    1/2 cup Praline Pecans

Follow the directions on the box of the Praline Pie Mix to bake the pie using the eggs and margarine. Pour the pie into the unbaked pie crust and bake as directed. When you remove the pie from the oven, immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips over the pie and spread them evenly as they heat and melt! Let the pie cool completely. Then take the Caramel Icing out of the tub, put it into a bowl and microwave it for 30 seconds. It should be warm and easy to spread. Pour the Caramel Icing onto the center of the pie and quickly spread the icing to the edge of the crust, completely covering the pie! Sprinkle with chopped Praline Pecans for a really special treat.
