
White Bean Casserole Recipes
Mixed Grill Casserole
1 package White Bean Casserole
5 to 7 cups of water or apple juice
1 to 2 pounds pork cut into pieces
6 pork chops
1 pound link sausage (Kielbasa, Polish, Smoked, etc.)
½ container of Crispy Crumbles
Prepare the Mix according to directions, on top of the stove or in a slow cooker, using the 1 pound of pork. (This part can be done 2 to 3 days in advance.) In a skillet or under the broiler, cook your pork chops and sausage cut into 2-inch pieces. Place cooked meats into a 9 x 13 inch dish. Pour the cooked White Bean mixture over the meat. (You can hold the Casserole refrigerated at this point for 24 hours.) When you are ready to serve, sprinkle casserole with the Crispy Crumbles. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
