Baked Apples

You will need:

Cooking apples, washed and cored
3/4 cup water
For each Baked Apple you need:
    2 teaspoons dry Cinn-ful Fruit Dip mix
    1 teaspoon butter
    1 teaspoon chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

  • Place as many apples as you choose to baked into a baking dish. Trim bottoms so the apples stand. 
  • Put Cinn-ful and butter into each apple (and nuts if you choose.) 
  • Add water to pan. Cover and bake in 375 oven for about 45 minutes until apples are tender but not mushy. 
  • Serve baked apples with ice cream as a dessert or plain as a hot side dish with ham. 

Fat-Free Cinn-ful Dip or Topping

You will need:

1 pkg. Cinn-ful Fruit Dip
12 oz of whipped topping

  • Stir the Cinn-ful Fruit Dip into the whipped topping.
  • Use as a flavorful dip for any pieces of fresh fruit!
  • Use as a topping for fresh fruit salads, pound cake, fresh strawberries or blueberries.
  • Enjoy with graham cracker sticks as a dessert dip.
  • Dollop a bit onto hot Cinn-ful Baked Apples, or All-American Apple Cake, or Fruit Crumble! Use your imagination!
